Aspiritech has spent 17 years proving that an inclusive workforce isn’t just possible—it’s essential. But we can’t do it alone. Your donation today will fund employment, training, and community programs that empower autistic professionals to thrive.
Aspiritech wishes you a joyful Autism Acceptance Month! Since 2008, our mission has been to provide meaningful employment and social opportunity to adults on the autism spectrum, empowering them to fulfill potentials too often overlooked and undervalued in a world not built with neurological differences in mind.
With the help of donors like you, Aspiritech’s vision of neurodiversity being embraced, talents valued, challenges supported, and differences welcomed has become our daily reality.
However, there is more work to do, and it matters now more than ever. Disability employment and the autistic under- and unemployment rate specifically are at risk.
The inclusive employment we’ve championed for the past 17 years is even more critical. The world feels divisive and cruel right now, and Aspiritech stands as a haven of kindness, community, and compassion.
So much feels out of our control at this point, but there are a few things Aspiritech can do as an organization:
That’s where you come in.
This Autism Acceptance Month, we’re asking that you chip in to champion autistic adults and our ongoing advocacy efforts. Your hard-earned, generously given dollars will provide financial grants to our team members in need through the ACE Fund and bolster community and connection through the Stepping Up & Out Program. You’ll create more opportunities for us to offer sensory-friendly options within our Evanston headquarters alongside a caring team committed to empowering our employees to be their best selves. And you’ll encourage the next generation of autistic tech professionals in founding bright careers through the Aspiritech Academy.
Without your assistance, these vital efforts may not be able to continue at the scale our community needs.
If you can, please donate today. We can’t do any of this without you, and your continued support means the world to us, especially in this challenging time.
“We hired them for the mission. We’ve kept them because they are excellent.”
