Thanks to generous grants from the Mitsubishi Electric America Foundation (MEAF) and HAAPE, Aspiritech has expanded its training and employment preparation course for neurodivergent individuals through Aspiritech Academy.
Aspiritech Academy assists with the development of on-the-job skills as well as soft skills through virtual training. Through the Quality Assurance Training program, participants will gain a basic understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) by learning fundamental knowledge and developing basic testing and documentation skills. By the end of the program, each participant will gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to work in the tech field while learning numerous new skills to take with them as they embark on their employment journey.

Participants will be provided with:
- QA training curriculum
- Soft Skills training courses
- Weekly one-hour virtual team meeting
- 1:1 virtual training sessions
- Weekly guest speakers from Aspiritech Management, Operations, IT, and Employee Support
- Weekly team social discussion session
- Official Certificate of Completion at program’s conclusion

Program Details
Aspiritech Academy runs for five to six weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM central time. Participants can expect to work approximately six hours per day.
Program Dates for 2024
- February 19 through March 22 – Full. Enrollment has closed.
- June 10 through July 19 – Full. Enrollment has closed.
- October 7 through November 15
