Aspiritech, a leading Chicago-based nonprofit organization empowering individuals on the autism spectrum through meaningful employment, is thrilled to announce a new partnership with NeuroXplorers (NX), a divergent design lab redefining creativity founded in Lima, Peru.
Together, they are teaming up to show the world what happens when inclusion and innovation meet—unlocking untapped potential and reshaping how businesses think about creativity and problem-solving.
This collaboration brings together two distinct organizations, combining Aspiritech’s expertise in neurodivergent talent development with NeuroXplorers’ cutting-edge methodologies in creativity, design, and innovation. Together, they aim to redefine creativity and inclusion, unlocking the untapped potential of neurodivergent minds to inspire transformative business practices.
Imagine a room where neurodivergent thinkers and industry leaders collaborate to tackle real-world challenges. That’s the vision behind NX’s workshops—where creativity, empathy, and innovation collide. These sessions feature methodologies inspired by design thinking and developed by NeuroXplorers blending NX’s innovative techniques with the unique talents identified by Aspiritech. Participants engage in hands-on exercises, thought-provoking activities, and problem-solving challenges that spark original, inclusive solutions. Together, NeuroXplorers and Aspiritech are transforming mindsets and empowering diverse talents to create meaningful impact for businesses and communities alike.
“Our team is full of creative talent and has incredible solutions to bring to marketing, branding, and product innovation,” said Tara May, CEO of Aspiritech. “Combining that talent with NeuroXplorers’ methodologies creates a powerful collaboration, enabling us to explore exciting new avenues for creativity and data-driven solutions.”
