Aspiritech is thrilled to announce a new addition to our leadership team. Lindsay Holley officially stepped into the role of Vice President of Product Strategy on September 30th. Bringing with her a wealth of experience, Lindsay will spearhead several initiatives, each designed to foster growth and drive success for the Aspiritech team and the clients we serve.

Lindsay’s responsibilities include:

  • Aiding the expansion of Aspiritech’s accessibility service line to empower clients to craft more inclusive platforms that can be used by all individuals regardless of ability.
  • Streamlining client onboarding and account management processes to improve internal efficiency and enhance the client experience by bridging communications between our sales and operations teams.
  • Launching a new line of business, which we’re excited to share more details about soon. This venture will further diversify our offerings and create additional employment opportunities for our autistic team members.
  • Identifying and strategizing growth opportunities in various tech services areas, ensuring Aspiritech remains at the forefront of technological advancements while maintaining our commitment to providing meaningful employment to neurodivergent adults.

These ambitious goals reflect Aspiritech’s continued focus on expanding our impact in 2025 and beyond. By driving growth in these areas, Lindsay’s leadership will help create more work opportunities for our talented team of autistic analysts while reinforcing our mission to champion neurodivergent employment.

Lindsay joins us with an impressive track record of leadership in business-to-business media. Prior to joining Aspiritech, she spent a significant part of her career leading technical teams and executing innovative digital strategies, including working alongside our now-CEO Tara May and Chief Growth Officer Kayley Bogdan at Winsight as the VP of Digital Products & Development. In that role, Lindsay notably built a headless architecture CMS and an integrated data warehouse that automated workflows and grew digital revenue tenfold over a seven-year span.

Lindsay brings a philosophy of “working smarter, not harder,” by implementing tactical processes and technologies so teams can focus on work they enjoy while also driving growth and revenue. Her extensive experience and results-driven mindset are perfectly aligned with Aspiritech’s goals, and we are confident that her leadership will help us continue to exceed expectations in the coming years.

Outside of her professional achievements, Lindsay lives in the southwest suburbs of Chicago with her husband, three children, and their beloved dog. She’s a self-described below-average plant mom who enjoys balancing an active lifestyle with a love for pizza.

We are thrilled to welcome Lindsay Holley to the Aspiritech team and look forward to seeing the incredible impact she’ll make!
