Aspiritech, a global leader in quality assurance testing and digital accessibility services powered by autistic tech professionals, has been named to the inaugural Forbes Top 100 Accessibility Companies list, recognizing the most impactful organizations driving innovation and inclusion in accessibility worldwide.
The Forbes Accessibility 100 celebrates companies transforming accessibility across industries such as communication, mobility, education, software, consumer products, robotics, sports and recreation, travel, the workplace, the arts, and more. These organizations are collectively improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.

This first-ever list was developed under the leadership of Forbes Assistant Managing Editor Alan Schwarz. “Accessibility is a fascinating space that has never been captured like this before,” said Schwarz. “There are lone innovators, juggernaut tech companies, startups. They are revolutionizing how people get around, learn, communicate, work, play sports, travel, and so much more. Their impact on people’s lives is monumental—and will only be getting more so soon.”
Aspiritech’s inclusion recognizes the Chicago-based nonprofit’s specialized, disability-informed expertise in both manual and automated accessibility testing, compliance audits, and usability evaluations. These operations are conducted by trained and certified autistic professionals who bring lived experience and technical precision to the work of accessibility. Aspiritech partners with organizations across industries to ensure their digital products, software, and platforms meet global accessibility standards and provide genuinely usable experiences for all.
In addition to providing usability-centered tech services, Aspiritech offers neurodiversity inclusion training to organizational leaders through NeuroGrowth, a series of video-based learning courses designed to foster and improve understanding of neurological differences within teams. These courses are informed in large part by Aspiritech’s own experiences as a leading neurodiversity employer since 2008. The nonprofit also makes career training accessible through its cost-free Aspiritech Academy for autistic learners interested in becoming quality assurance analysts and tech professionals. This program, which is led by neurodivergent mentors, provides real-world experience and soft skills development while working to combat the high rate of underemployment and unemployment in autistic adults.
