We are proud to announce that Aspiritech has been named to the Forbes Accessibility 200 list, which recognizes the world’s most impactful innovators in accessibility across 23 countries and six continents.
This recognition reflects the work our team does every day: delivering expert digital accessibility testing, audits, and remediation services powered by neurodivergent professionals who bring both technical expertise and lived experience to every engagement.
Now in its second year, the Forbes Accessibility list has doubled in size. Last year’s inaugural 100 honorees, which also included Aspiritech, generated such an overwhelming response that Forbes expanded the list to 200 for 2025, a testament to just how rapidly accessibility innovation is growing as a field.
The recognized organizations span fields including communication, mobility, education, software, consumer products, robotics, the workplace and entertainment. All honorees are considered equal peers in driving global change toward inclusion. The list was compiled with input from a 12-member expert advisory board drawn from around the world.
Forbes Assistant Managing Editor Alan Schwarz captured the moment well:
“Accessibility has evolved from a legal mandate to a bustling frontier of innovation, impact and profit. From juggernaut companies to lone entrepreneurs, Accessibility innovation inspires new features, products and services that transform how people with disabilities – and often the wider world – communicate, travel, learn, work, play sports and so much more. It’s now beyond ‘the right thing to do’ – it’s integral to a smart business.”
At Aspiritech, accessibility has never been just a service offering. It is an expression of our core mission: creating neuroinclusive workplaces and building technology that works for everyone.
Our accessibility team is composed of neurodivergent professionals, many of whom are on the autism spectrum, who are certified Section 508 Trusted Testers through the Department of Homeland Security. That combination of lived neurodivergent experience and deep technical expertise is what makes our work different. As disability-informed analysts, we catch the real-world barriers that automated tools miss, because we understand, firsthand, how people actually interact with digital products.
Being included on the Forbes Accessibility 200 is a meaningful reminder that our mission of neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace, alongside our accessibility testing services, is building a kinder, more equitable world.
For organizations looking to improve WCAG conformance, reduce ADA and Section 508 legal risk, or simply build more usable digital products, Aspiritech offers a comprehensive suite of human-led accessibility services.
We help organizations with:
We serve organizations across healthcare, financial services, higher education, government, nonprofits, retail and ecommerce, and software and SaaS. Any sector where inclusive digital experiences matter, we’re ready to serve.
Automated accessibility scanning tools are useful, but they are not enough. Research consistently shows that automated tools catch only a fraction of real-world accessibility barriers. The rest require human judgment: understanding how a screen reader user actually navigates a form, recognizing when a focus order creates confusion, identifying when an error message fails to communicate clearly to someone with a cognitive disability.
That is exactly what Aspiritech’s neurodivergent testing teams provide. Our testers bring both rigorous methodology and genuine empathy to every audit, ensuring that findings reflect real user impact, not just technical violations.
The cost to fix accessibility issues also increases exponentially the later they are discovered in the development cycle. Catching barriers during design or testing phases is significantly less disruptive and expensive than remediating them after launch. We help teams build in human-centered accessibility from the start, rather than retrofitting it later.
Aspiritech was founded on the belief that neurodivergent individuals have extraordinary talents that are too often overlooked in the traditional workforce. We create meaningful, skilled employment for neurodivergent professionals, and we channel that talent into making technology more accessible for people with disabilities around the world.
Building a more inclusive workplace and building more inclusive technology are not separate pursuits. They are the same mission, expressed in complementary ways. When organizations choose Aspiritech as their accessibility testing partner, they get expert services and contribute to a model that creates equitable employment opportunities for neurodivergent people everywhere.
If your organization is looking for a trusted, expert partner to help meet WCAG, ADA or Section 508 requirements, or if you simply want to build digital experiences that work for every user, we’d love to talk.
