What Kind of Roles Would This Program Help Me Apply For?

NeuroXplorers Creative Academy builds a strong foundation in the skills that power today’s creative and marketing industry, including copywriting, visual design, brand strategy and digital marketing.

These skills prepare learners for a range of entry-level creative roles by developing the conceptual thinking, design fundamentals and campaign skills needed to take a project from first idea to final client pitch.

Entry-level positions such as Junior Copywriter, Creative Strategist or Creative QA/Insight Analyst perform a range of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Turning research and human insights into concepts, claims and scripts
  • Building key visuals, layouts and brand identity systems
  • Researching audiences and benchmarking creative work
  • Developing campaign assets across copy, visuals and digital channels
  • Presenting creative work in a professional pitch format

Every industry with a brand needs creative talent, so trained creatives are always in demand.

Creative Academy Program Overview

This intensive training combines instruction, applied practice and real client-style simulations. Participants work in copywriter and designer pairs to take a professional brief through research, concept development, asset creation and final pitch, the same process used in industry environments.

The program is delivered by NeuroXplorers’ creative instructional team, including an Art Director, a Creative Director and a Sociologist, alongside a Program Director with over 18 years of experience leading strategy for global CPG brands and advertising agencies.

Enrollment is limited to maintain instructional quality and individualized support. Our pilot cohort is delivered online and live, allowing participants to learn from the comfort of their homes.

Experience Level

No college degree required, and no prior copywriting or marketing experience required.

  • Comfortable putting ideas into words, enough to turn a thought into a short written piece
  • Basic ability to build a visual composition (layout, image and text) using a design tool such as Canva, Procreate, Figma or Affinity
  • A foundational creative mindset: curiosity, openness to feedback and a willingness to generate multiple ideas rather than fixating on the first one
  • Willingness to work in a paired or small-group creative setting
  • Basic familiarity with digital/social media concepts, such as what social platforms are, the difference between a regular post and a paid ad, and what “audience” means for a brand
  • Helpful but not required: Illustrator, Photoshop or any other design/illustration background, formal or self-taught.

Credential Preparation

This program prepares learners for a dual certification:

  • HubSpot Digital Marketing Certification: an industry-standard credential in SEO, content strategy and inbound marketing
  • Divergent Design™ Certification: provided by our partner, NeuroXplorers, validating mastery in conceptual thinking and creative QA

Throughout the program, participants complete hands-on creative labs, campaign work and a final client-simulation pitch designed to build both confidence and competency.

Frequently Asked Questions About Aspiritech Academy's QA Program

The curriculum is designed to prepare participants for a dual certification: the HubSpot Digital Marketing Certification and the Divergent Design™ Certification, provided by our partner, NeuroXplorers. Both are included in the program.

No prior copywriting or marketing experience is required. We do recommend applicants be comfortable putting ideas into words and have basic ability to build a visual composition using a design tool such as Canva, Procreate, Figma, or Affinity.

The program centers neurodivergent learners, including autistic adults, in an effort to combat high under-employment rates seen in those populations.

Aspiritech and the Aspiritech Academy team understand that diagnosis is a complex issue, and that there can be uncontrollable barriers and personal choices that prevent neurodivergent adults from receiving a formal diagnosis.

We validate and support self-diagnosis and informal diagnosis for the neurodiversity community.

However, you will notice that we do ask for formal diagnosis documentation during the Aspiritech Academy application process. That is because, in some cases, our partners or grant funders do require formal documentation for participation in our programs. If that happens, we will ask that you submit formal documentation if you can. If that is not possible, we will work closely with you to figure out an alternative, such as an Individualized Education Program (IEP), or find other funding stream options.

This approach keeps Aspiritech Academy viable and sustainable for as many neurodivergent jobseekers as possible. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about applying.

Aspiritech Academy programs are offered at no cost to participants.

The cost to deliver the program ranges from $5,800 to $7,000 per participant, which Aspiritech covers through grant funding, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) dollars and other funding sources.

The program lasts 12 weeks, plus one built-in break week.

During that time, participants are expected to attend live sessions Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Central Time, with additional guided self-study of about two to three hours per day expected to maintain the pace of the program.

After completion of our program, you can pursue entry-level positions as Junior Copywriter, Creative Strategist, or Creative QA/Insight Analyst, among other roles.

Graduates may also qualify for federal apprenticeship funding, providing up to one year of funded salary.

Having a computer is necessary to participate in Aspiritech Academy’s online training. If you don’t have a computer or internet access, please let us know in your enrollment application so that we can try to accommodate your situation accordingly.

Job placement support depends on specific partnerships associated with certain Aspiritech Academy programs and cohorts.

Although we cannot guarantee employment for every participant, we are dedicated to providing training that meets industry standards and builds in-demand job skills.

Graduate Testimonial

"I liked learning about the field of quality assurance work. I didn't know about all this beforehand, so I'm glad I took it. I learned I have good attention to detail that would be a valuable asset at QA work. It was so good I almost would want to share them with my friends!"
