With 2024 in the rearview mirror and Q1 off and running, Aspiritech can look back on last year with considerable pride, as we realized some remarkable achievements, forged meaningful collaborations, and surpassed our growth goals ahead of schedule.

From more than doubling our client list to hitting key targets with our customer happiness score, 2024 was a testament to what fully empowered teams of neurodivergent individuals can accomplish.

Celebrating Growth

Aspiritech began 2024 with the ambitious goal to add $1 million in new business revenue and double our number of active client projects. In August of last year, a full quarter ahead of schedule, we hit both of these goals, and by the end of 2024, we were able to grow new business by $1.3 million and our client list to 55.

Thanks to the leadership of Chief Growth Officer Kayley Bogdan, the efforts of our newly built sales and marketing teams, and the consistently excellent work and communication of our program managers and analysts, we achieved unprecedented success in the face of an uncertain and challenging economy.

Each new client brings opportunities to flex our technical expertise, acquire and strengthen analytical skills, and—most importantly—provide meaningful work to a growing number of adults on the autism spectrum, the mission at the core of everything that Aspiritech does. We’re thrilled to be able to serve organizations large and small in industries spanning from retail and logistics to finance and healthcare. There is no doubt that we are grateful for every client who chooses our nonprofit and every project that engages our team.

Delivering Excellence

Aspiritech is committed to delivering top-quality results at every stage of each engagement, fostering ongoing client satisfaction that extends beyond any project’s completion. To measure how we did this year, we circulated our annual Customer Happiness Survey to representatives and leaders of our client organizations.

The averaged responses we received are a testament to our dedication to positive client experiences:

  • How satisfied are you with the quality of our services? 9 out of 10
  • How satisfied are you with the timeliness of our responses? 9.67 out of 10
  • How satisfied are you with the communication from our team? 9.5 out of 10
  • How likely are you to recommend Aspiritech to a friend or colleague? 9.5 out of 10

With a Net Promoter Score of a coveted 100%, our team is ready to provide every new client with the same quality of service that speaks to these metrics.

When asked to select what value Aspiritech brings compared to other quality assurance partners, our responding clients reported on what points mattered most to them:

  • 100% selected Quality of Work
  • 83% selected Mission of Inclusivity
  • 67% selected Communication as well as Competitive Rates

We are so thrilled that our clients recognize the value of our quality of work, and that so many are aligned with our mission of inclusivity for neurodivergent adults.

Several of our respondents highlighted the pleasure they had working with specific team members whose precision and communication made lasting impressions, and another wrote, “Love working with Aspiritech, they have constantly helped deliver amazing products at quality to our customers.”

Maintaining Success

While Aspiritech put a strong focus on growth in 2024, we also strove to maintain the exceptional communication and quality of work that foster long-term relationships with our business partners.

One such partner, JPMorgan Chase, for whom we have provided quality assurance and accessibility testing services on multiple projects, provided this feedback for our work last year.

“We leveraged the Aspiritech team’s ADA expertise with testing of a vendor re-platform initiative. The initiative was a huge success resulting in a significant cost savings for the firm. We could not have accomplished this without the Aspiritech’s partnership. Their keen eye for the details was key in delivering a quality product to our end users!” —Chris Ruscille, Quality Assurance Analyst Lead, JPMorgan Chase

Our clients’ praise of our analysts’ efficiency and capabilities are welcome endorsements. They’re also par for the course when it comes to Aspiritech’s operational standards.

“Client after client, day after day, the Aspiritech team is a testament to what autistic people are capable of,” CEO Tara May said. “Our partners have high expectations and this team works hard to meet and exceed them.”

Forging Collaborations

In addition to engaging with more clients that believe in building better products and supporting neurodiversity inclusion, Aspiritech also had the opportunity to partner with a number of like-minded nonprofits and service-focused organizations dedicated to forging kinder, creative, and more supportive futures within the autism community and beyond.

Longtime partners like Helping Adults with Autism Perform & Excel (HAAPE) and the Mitsubishi Electric America Foundation (MEAF) continued their generous support of the Aspiritech Academy while making inroads on new initiatives for 2025 and beyond.

We joined up with Ampera to support their efforts in the U.S. to promote inclusive employment of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) by offering contract staffing solutions tailored for clients. Aspiritech also redesigned Ampera’s website last year!

The Dehkhoda Educational Foundation generously provided us a space to host an art show featuring the creations of several team members, and joined us in planning servant leadership projects in 2025.

At the 2024 Neurowrx International Conference, Aspiritech CEO Tara May and Director of Inclusion and Outreach Robin Kacyn spoke on the value of adopting neurodiversity inclusion for businesses and employees.

These are just a few of the partnerships and mission-driven projects we worked on last year. We’ll share even more as our plans come to fruition in the coming months!

Looking Ahead With Gratitude

The team at Aspiritech is beyond grateful for the ongoing support of our clients, partners, and collaborators, as well as the community of friends and donors that have carried us through several seasons of challenges, changes, and growth. We’re looking forward to achieving more, expanding further, and making more possibilities into realities for autistic adults.

Thank you for continuing to let us prove what a fully empowered and joyfully neurodiverse workforce can accomplish.
