About the Stepping Up & Out (SUO) Program
Stepping Up & Out (SUO) is Aspiritech’s social program for adults on the autism spectrum. It was launched in 2012, and continues to be made possible thanks to the generous support of the Grandy Foundation.
As we turn our focus toward more collaboration, community, and creativity in 2025, we’re asking our supporters to help us continue setting the gold standard of what autism acceptance and celebration should look like in the workplace.
Donate $10+ monthly or $100+ one time to get a colorful Aspiritech mug as a token of our gratitude!
The Stepping Up & Out (SUO) program brings together autistic adults from Aspiritech and the larger community. Through workshops, team building, and fun activities, SUO helps reduce isolation and enhance social experiences. Founded in 2012, the program continues to be made possible thanks to the generous support of the Grandy Foundation. More about SUO…

Aspiritech’s Stepping Up & Out program provides social opportunities for employees outside of work hours. These events allow colleagues to connect off the clock, and are made possible by our Happiness Coordinator, Alex Dudasik.
